Brownie/Sheet Cake Cutter
	Our Bench Top Full Pan Cutter allows you to cut an entire sheet pan of brownies, filo dough,  sponge cake and more in one cutting action. One entire pan can be cut in 6 to 10 seconds, depending on the product. With different cutting heads you can cut any size or pattern you wish from squares to triangles. The cutter can be manually loaded with individual pans or placed on an automated indexing production system. The unit is pneumatically operated without the need for electrical connections. Now cutting rice crispy treats up to 2 inches thick.

Cutting Head Assembly
	This head has a triangle cutting design with dimensions of 1.75" x 3.5" x 4". Other cutting heads with different dimensions were supplied with this machine. Other size and shape options can be supplied to meet your needs. Stripper pads are designed to hold the product in the pan.
