sticky products such as rice crispy treats
using our new pneumatically
powered stripper assembly. If you've tried cutting these types of products you well know the difficulty of cutting and
then keeping each cut piece in the pan or pulling the knife out of the product. We are now cutting crispy treats in 2"
x 3" pieces up to 2 inches thick and keeping them in the pan, all in less than 15 seconds.

This is a typical Bench Top Full Sheet Pan Cutter with a head design to cut product 1.5" square. The cutting cycle takes about 10 seconds even with nuts or chips. Cutting heads for other sizes are available and can be changed in minutes. The full pan cutter is available in a floor model with locking or nonlocking casters.  |
